Private push server for VMware, which VMware?

I am trying to get the push server to work. But I cannot find any information about the VMware vmdk-file that you have published. Is it for VMware Server, VMware Workstation, ESX3, ESX4???

That should be the same vmdk. You can simply use free vmware player to run this virtual server.

Are there any instructions/manuals about this server? How about settings? Haven't found any docs about it...
